2. About Home Energy Connect

Home Energy Connect is a brand of ElitePete Marketing LLC. We provide lead generation, marketing, scheduling, customer-introduction, and related business services for contractors and service providers in the home energy, energy-efficiency, HVAC, insulation, home performance, and related industries.

3. Website and Service Use

You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes.

4. Strategy Calls, Lead Generation, and Business Services

Strategy calls are intended to evaluate service fit, service areas, lead-generation needs, business goals, and potential partnership terms. Scheduling a strategy call does not guarantee acceptance as a client, availability in a specific market, a specific number of leads, revenue, appointments, sales, or business results.

Any paid services, lead pricing, advertising budgets, exclusivity terms, delivery expectations, refund terms, or client responsibilities may be governed by a separate proposal, order form, invoice, service agreement, or written contract.

5. SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases

Home Energy Connect operates an SMS program for individuals who voluntarily provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in through an unchecked consent checkbox or another legally valid consent method.

SMS use cases may include strategy-call confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, rescheduling instructions, customer support, service notifications, and other communications specifically disclosed at the point of consent.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Home Energy Connect messaging program.

Opt-out processing

After replying STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will then receive no further messages from that messaging program unless you provide new consent.

Carrier liability disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, blocked, or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers and delivery

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, and other factors outside our control. Home Energy Connect does not guarantee that every message will be received.

6. Email and Other Communications

When you provide an email address or other contact information, we may send communications necessary to respond to requests, manage appointments, deliver services, provide customer support, or administer a business relationship.

Promotional emails, when used, will include an unsubscribe method where required by applicable law.

7. Fees, Payments, and Third-Party Costs

Any applicable fees, advertising budgets, lead costs, setup fees, recurring charges, payment schedules, or refund terms will be disclosed in the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout page, order form, or service agreement.

You are responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier, internet provider, payment provider, advertising platform, or other third-party service.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, logos, branding, designs, graphics, written content, processes, software, and other materials are owned by Home Energy Connect, ElitePete Marketing LLC, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Energy Connect, ElitePete Marketing LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Indemnification
